The Aqara Water Leak Sensor meets the IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating, ensuring its reliable performance in humid and dusty environments. An Aqara Hub is required to enable this product to work. (Note: Not compatible with hubs from other brands.)

The Water Leak Sensor seamlessly integrates with other HomeKit-enabled accessories in the Apple Home app, simplifying your home automation experience. (Note: Please connect the Aqara Water Leak Sensor to the Aqara hub before connecting to Apple HomeKit or enabling skills in Google Home and Alexa.)

When used with an Aqara Smart Plug and a solenoid water valve, the Water Leak Sensor can automatically turn off the water supply upon detecting a leak, helping to prevent further damage.

The Water Leak Sensor is designed to trigger an alarm and send a notification to your phone when the water level reaches 0.5mm, ensuring prompt response to flooding incidents.

The sensor's outer shell is made of anti-UV material, protecting it from discoloration. It is also energy-efficient, with a battery life of over 2 years under normal usage. (Note: Please pull the battery tab out before use. If the device does not work, check if the battery is depleted.)

(Note: Not compatible with hubs from other brands.) - Requires a secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network connection for Hub M2/ M1S/ E1/M1S Gen2 and Camera Hub G2H Pro/ G2H, and 2.4/ 5 GHz Wi-Fi for Camera Hub G3. (Not supported on Wi-Fi 6. Wired connection via Ethernet RJ45 for Hub M2 is also supported.) - Please connect the Aqara Water Leak Sensor to the Aqara hub before connecting to Apple HomeKit or enabling skills in Google Home and Alexa.

【Proximity】 Ensure that the Aqara Water Leak Sensor is within 400 inches of the Aqara Zigbee hub, and the hub is within the same range from the Wi-Fi router. Additionally, make sure the hub and the router are on the same local area network (LAN).

【FLOOD DETECTION】 Whenever the Aqara Water Leak Sensor detects water, it can send an alert to your phone and activate the local alarm on the Aqara Hub to prevent leaks and flooding.

【HOME AUTOMATION】 The sensor can control and trigger Aqara connected devices when excess water is detected.

【WIRELESS & SENSITIVE】 No wiring or screws are required. The ultra-mini design allows you to place it wherever dripping and leaking could occur. The water leak sensor is equipped with sensitive leak probes with a water level threshold of 0.5mm.
